Terms of Service (ToS)
In the following terms, 'Client' refers to you (the commissioner), and 'Artist' refers to Buwalki

Usage of commissioned artwork
- The commissioned artwork is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.
- The Client may post the commissioned artwork on social media, but must credit the Artist.
- The Artist may post the commissioned artwork on their social media for portfolio, promotional, and archival purposes. If Client do not wish for the artwork to be shared publicly, please indicate this in the commission form.

Commission Rules
- The Client must be at least 18 years old.
- The Client must own the commissioned character(s), or have obtained permission from the original owner to use them.
- Depending on the nature and circumstances of the commission, either the Client or the Artist reserves the right to decline or cancel the commission at any time. For refund details, please refer to the "Refund Policy" section below.
- The Artist reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Timeline
- The deadline will be discussed and mutually agreed upon during the discussion phase, based on the Artist's current workload.

Contact
- Prior to submitting the commission form, the Client may send inquiries via the Artist's public social media or platforms.
- Once the form has been submitted, all commission-related discussions and file exchanges will be conducted via email.

Refund Policy
- Full refunds are available in the following cases:
- The Client cancels the commission before it has begun (prior to the sketch phase).
- The Artist initiates cancellation at any stage due to circumstances on the Artist's end.
- Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases, and the refund amount will be determined based on the progress of the commission:
- The commission is already in progress, including the rough sketch, finalized sketch, lineart, or coloring phase.
- The Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission if the Client engages in inappropriate or offensive behavior.

Payment Method
- For clients based in Taiwan, payment is accepted via bank transfer. For international clients, payment is accepted via PayPal (Paypal Invoice) only
Commission Process
- Client Submits the Commission Form
- The Artist will reply within 48 hours via the email address provided in the form. If you have not received a reply after 48 hours, please follow up via the Artist's social media or platforms.
- Discussion & Confirmation
- Once the Client's requirements and prices are confirmed, the Artist will send a quote via email.
- Client Confirms the Quote & Submits Payment
- For clients based in Taiwan, payment is accepted via bank transfer. For international clients, payment is accepted via PayPal (Paypal Invoice) only .
- Sketch Phase
- The Artist will begin working on the sketch once payment has been confirmed.
- Up to 3 revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Any revision requests made after the sketch has been approved will incur additional charges depending on the extent of the changes, except in cases of the Artist's error (e.g. incorrect features or accessories based on the provided reference).
- Lineart to Final Phase
- Upon completion of the lineart and flat color phases, the progress file will be sent to the Client for approval before proceeding to the next phase.
- Final Delivery
- The Client receives the completed final artwork.

Coyote Discount
If your character is a coyote or coyote hybrid, a 10% discount will be applied to the base price for select commission types (headshot and YCH).
Submit The Form
By submitting the commission form or placing a commission, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms of Service and all related policies stated above.
